A Bus Route for the Town of Anthony

Have you seen transportation vans around the Town of Anthony TX with a sign which reads EPCA or ETA? Mayor Anthony Turner works on its Improvement!

Transportation Authority, ETA, was renewed for the fiscal year 2025 with an annual cost of $27,000 to serve the indigent population of Anthony. Route 10 which serves Anthony and Canutillo transports people to the bus depot on Remcon Circle in El Paso where they can transfer to the El Paso Brio Buses for an additional fare. There are no formal bus stops. Residents can flag the van to get picked up. The pickup and arrival times along the route path is indicated below.

The fare Cost is $1.50 to Remcon Cr and passes may be purchased at the fare box inside each bus. On-bus purchases are cash only and change is given as credit in the form of a bus ticket. Fare box machines DO NOT give monetary change. This is a Flag Stop Route making it easy to stop the bus to board.

Benches and shade bus stops will be added to the route later this year. The mayor and council hope citizens take advantage of this service and the number of riders increases so the service can continue. Please call ETA at 915-533-4731.

The Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA, mandates municipalities operating a transit system must provide comparable service to the disabled.
